PC-WIRE PRODUCTION LINES

These lines are dedicated to the treatment of low relaxation steel wire for prestressed concrete and structural reinforcement. They guarantee a technological process with very high performance and excellent quality, result of a great technical knowledge and long experience in this field.

Main Features:

• Wire surface type: smooth, indented, galvanized
• Packaging: strapped coils with internal diameter > 1250 mm and/or bundles of tied bars
• Wire pay-off: from motorized spool of 3500 - 4600 kg
• Tensioning system: by rotating die or by double capstan
• Straightening: quadruple straightener on 4 planes at 45°
• Indenting: by adjustable cassette
• Heating furnace type: Induction with power between 300 and 450 kW
• Wire cooling: by dip and spray in tunnel
• Pulling capstan: double with horizontal axis with V shape groove
• Capstan diameter: 3000 - 4000 mm
• Wire pusher: 4 pairs of gummed rolls hydraulically openable
• Cutting system: rotating shear
• Collecting system: 2 baskets with vertical axis Ø 3000 mm of maximum weight 3000 kg and/or collecting bars bench.
